Orange Chicken

I vividly remeber when i started enjoy cooking, i was about 8 years old. Well, not really cooking, :P; just enjoying being in the kitchen with my mom. My mom cooks like a chef especially the traditional Malaysian cuisine. She cooks, bakes and serve everything almost perfectly. My favourite part was the baking time. For an 8 years old kid, helping her mother baking a cake was a real fun but for the mother it might turn to be the most horrifying experience of the day. Instead of beating the eggs or fold in the flour, i prefer smudging the butter cream and licking any chocolate mixture that i could reach. As i could remember, by 11 or 12 i already started making my own chocolate cake with her supervision and my cake tak bantat occay... agak terror jugerrrr.. huahuahua...

My passion in cooking never dies and nowadays in my adulthood i cook more and more and continously trying new recipes for the variety. Recently, i tried this 'Asian Orange Chicken', which i got from the internet (credit to Ejah). As usual, i just used whatever ingredients available. Some people thought cooking is troublesome because there's too many things need to be prepared and bought, but for me i just throw in anything that i have at the moment. You just need to mix and match to bring out the flavour. My first attempt for the orange chicken was a success. My hubby loves it very much that he requested more orange chicken later. Huehuheuhe..

This is the Orange Chicken i made.. almost similar to Lemon Chicken but i prefer orange better.

Owhh.. and yesss.. i do garnish my dishes occasionally for our dining pleasure. Akaka :D.

Sauce:

Step A

• 1 1/2 cups water
• 2 tablespoons orange juice (i used Sunquick)
  
• 1/4 cup lemon juice (N/A)
  
• 1/3 cup rice vinegar (i used plain vinegar)
  
• 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons chopped green onion (replaced with red onion)
  
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (N/A)
  

Step B

• 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons water

Chicken

• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
• 1 cup all-purpose flour (i used flour + all purpose spice-yang buat ayam berempah tu. Klu takde add in rempah kari pun ok)
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 3 tablespoons olive oil (replaced with butter)
  

My extra ingredients :

• 1 tablespoon sesseme oil
• Crushed cornflakes
• 1 white egss
  

How to make it:

For the sauce, just pour in all the liquids in the saucepan at medium heat. Add in the remaining sauce ingredients and bring it to boil. Cool the sauce for about 1/2 hour.

Marinate the chicken with 1 cup of the sauce and refrigerate it for 2 hours or more. In addition, i add in a sesseme oil about 1 tablespoon. This gave a nutty flavour to the chicken. Reserve the remaining sauce.

Then, placed the marinated chicken in a close container which has the mixture of flour, spice, pepper, salt and butter. Shake well the container until the chicken are evenly coated.

I added one more step before deep frying. I dipped the coated chicken in white eggs and rolled it on crushed cornflakes. So it has 2 coatings and believe me it tastes crunchier *drooollinggg*.

Deep fried the chicken. In deep fry techniques u need to make sure the oil fully covered the chicken or your chicken will not cook evenly and the coating will crack due to temperature gradient.

Before serving, bring to boil the reserved sauce and add in the cornstarch paste to thicken the sauce. If you prefer a thicker sauce add another tablespoon of cornstarch and vice versa.

Transfer chicken to the serving platter and pour on the sauce. Garnish with some orange slices and grated orange zest.



It is just a simple cooking yet taste heavenly. Happy cooking to all !!

Ikan Bakar Air Asam Mangga

Huauhuahuahua.. aku sejak balik mesia dah malas nak apdet.. tapi ni aku tetap nak letak la ikan bakar baikkkk punyaaaa!!.. Lately my hubby extremely enjoy his new hobby - fishing..

Semua tempat dia nak lempar pancing, sampai dah kelabu aku tgk hubby aku ni.. gagaga.. MuMu.... Paling best sejak kenaikan harga ikan ni, cakap je nak makan ikan mesti gi pancing je.. Shushah-shushahhhhhh jerrr... tapi few weeks back hubby mancing kat Yan, Kedah and he brought back tenggiri seekor besar gak la.. Rasa cam panjang tangan ni ha.. Memang berbaloi.. dapat dalam 30 ketul tuu.. sebelum tu aku beli tenggiri kat market sekati dia jual 18 henggit... giloo... sekati dalam 600grm je.. huhuhu..

Tapi aku nak share ni la, ikan tenggiri bakar ngn air asam mangga aku wat ari tu.. tangkap leleh gak la wpun sendiri puji... wakakakakaka :P

Akakakakaka... starkah berangan diva? wakakak.. lama aku tak apdet sebabnyer memang takde sebab... Nak jawab aku bizi tengok EZORA, boleyyyy??.. akakakak.. citer cipan sumer pakat nak sumbang mahram kaedahnyer.. Aton pun dah dapat baby boy (bukan KAK TON occay!!).. Congratulations mateeeee!!! Jangan main nyorok2 ngan baby ko lagi, takut nnt dia nyorok dalam kettle lak.. jadi sup katanya .. huahauhauhua....



Oooo.. ari tu aku ada follow trip international society sini gi few nearby attractions mostly kat North Wales la... Itu nanti la aku apdet sket2 bila aku rajin tahap dewa.. akakak.. skng ni hampir setiap hari aku pulang keletihan, kena minum tongkat alikah (hoh??) akakakaka...

Hah, did i mentioan I've moved to another hall. Sebab kontrak aku kat hall lama tu dah tamat and I'm not allowed to stay in the same room and the same hall... ko pernah dengar syarat camtu?? tak same room tahan lagi.. same hall pun taleh?? apa kejadahnyer semua ini... Pada aku mat salleh sini pemalas.. tu je.. akakaka.. padahal bilik budak2 abih kontrak tu bukannyer occupied pun, bukannyer dia nak refurbish pun.. cuci2 jer... dia takmo susah payah extendkan kontrak aku sebab nnt macam2 nak kena wat dalam system la apa la aku rasa.. cuba bayangkan masa aku mintak hall baru aku cakap i want to request for a single sex flat. Dia cakap dia takleh cek flat tu male/female yg duduk.. ya ampunn.. jawapan paling bangang aku penah dengar.. Kalau org isi form tu kan ada letak male female.. dalam system mesti la ada.. Haihhh.. kalau dah pemalas nak check tu macam2 alasan.. anyway, as conclusion my new hall is a living hell.. tp kena bersyukur la kan, dr ko homeless.. :P

Skang topik panash negara pasal DSAI iyerr.. kena tuduh liwat balik kaedahnyer.. Scenario politik mesia ni dah leh wat filem dah aku rasa.. hahahaha... For a second sodomy accusation, i saw this as a lame reproduction of what happened 10 years ago.. dah tak kreatif dah.. Nanti muncul la orang2 lain lak ngaku kena liwat..The police report lodge by Saiful Bukhari stated that he was sodomized more than once. Why must he let anwar get away with it more than once? Dah la tak letak time dlm report (mana ada report takde time..) Dah tu wat kat kondo desa damansara yang nilainya jutaan ringgit.Yang aku kesian kat dia ni, sampai umur 80 tahun nnt pun orang akan ingat 'eh2.. ko yang kena liwat dulu sebelum kawin tu kan'?? Kalau cucu ko dengar tak pitammmm???

Satu lagi kemusykilan aku ialah pasal nak ambik DNA DSAI balik.. kalau ikut utusan statement yang di beri, "sampel DNA Anwar yang diambil untuk kes liwat pertama dihadapinya pada 10 tahun lalu, tidak boleh digunakan sebagai bukti atau perbandingan dalam siasatan kes terbaru ini." ... Aku macam, perlu ke another sample which eventually will give the same result.. kesnyer sama je liwat, define 'perbandingan' please.. I may not be good in medical field tp secara asasnya aku rasa kalau dah nak wat sample untuk tujuan yang sama, nak bukti DNA untuk matchkan, tak ke the sample will go through the same analysis?? Tak leh ke pakai rekod DNA yang memang dah sedia ada and matchkan la ngan sperm kat bontot saiful tu ke?.. it's not like you make another analysis and it will turn out to be a DNA of a cow. And you nak bagi org suka2 ambik DNA you pada pandangan aku it's a BIG thing. Kalau aku personally pun i want a strong justification. Takut gak kang tetiba ada klon ke kan.. konpius laki i.. Hahahaahah...

A person's sexual orientation speaks nothing about his leadership ability. Benda ni semua Allah je yang tahu sapa betul sape tak kan. Tapi selama ni mulia dan bermoral sangat ke Pak Lah, Najib, Hishamuddin etc tu.. Pada aku everybody's hands are dirty now.. Memikir pasal benda ni pun bukannyer leh turunkan harga minyak... Akakakakak... Itu yang aku risau... Kalau ikut Dr M, when the US dollar is not used as the trading currency, US will experience severe recession and this will affect the whole world and Msia will experience great inflation (CheDet). Skang pun nilai USD dah menurun dan lama kelamaan ekonomi kapitalis akan runtuh.. So kalau sekaran 1kg daging lembu = RM24. Nanti lepas2 ni mungkin RM100 la kot.. Malaysia aku letakkan as a country with low purchasing power. So bila Shabery cakap naikkan harga minyak tapi still berjaya balancekan krisis makanan.. kepala hotak diaaa..

My first TIRAMISU cake!!

Yay!!.. last sat I accomplished my mission to make my own tiramisu cake.. The original receipe was from Lily (clap2), *opsss.. sblm tu dah ada sesi potluk bagai kan sampai aku tepu dek ayam masak merah Lily... hohohoh... nway, after sated with the nice hotmeal, the cake making activity begun... Kenyang perut suka hatiii..

Sebab terlalu suko, kat sini nak share la resipi tiramisu yg mudah, cepat dan sedap itew.. Bak kata ejah resipi tiramisu ni resipi turun temurun orang mesia duk UK.. akakaka.. so alang2 duk sini wajib la kiranya wat tiramisu kan... ahahahahah..

So ready occay cik-cik n puan-puan ambik pen n paper :P.. Resipi bergambar lagi ni nak kasi, bak peribahasa 'picture speaks a thousand words' katanyaaaaa kannnnn... kalau malas baca tgk gambar pun dah leh wat kek... star sangats... hohohoho...

Bahan-bahan :

1 packet boudoir biscuit (ladyfingers)..


Beskut ni dengarnya susah nak jumpa kat mesia.. kakak ejah dah bertahun2 carik kannnnnnn... wakakakakaka... gigih sangatsss demi tira misss uuu... klu ada yang tiramisu/triffle case base tu ok jugak, tapi kalau takde tu guna la kreativiti masing2 nak pakai apa wat layer tu, sponge cake ke, bahulu ke, swiss roll ke.. huhuhuh..

300 g soft cheese
300 ml whipped cream
250 g sugar


2 tablespoon nescafe (any coffee u prefer)
water
(nescafe ni kena room temperature camtu la... kalau panas nnt beskut soggy gayanya)

Kaedahnyerrrr:

Whisk the whipped cream sampai dia stiff gitu.. kalau nak test kena terbalikkan mangkuk n cream tak tumpah la.. kalau tumpah rasainnn la gi TESCO beli cream baru kannn... motif nak testing bagaiii??... hahahahah...

Opssss... tangan i :$ enterframe katanya.. hihihi

pastu masukkan gula and soft cheese.. owhh, lupa.. berdasarkan kajian Maz, wakakakak.. research base sgtss.... make sure whipped cream n bowl tu sejuk masa nak whisk tu.. baru leh kembang.. kalau tak, kek ko bantat.. nightmare sangatssss... wakakakakakakkaka.....

then continue to whisk until smooth n fluffy..

Fluffy kan iiiii!!

So siap dahhh creammmm... skang kena prepare base dia lak k..

Soak the ladyfingers tu dalam coffee tadi.. soak kejap je tau, rotate until it coats all sides pastu trus angkat... kalau biskut tu soggy tak ummmpphh la... hohohoho...



Susunkan biskut tadi dalam 8x8 in pan macam niii...


then, this is the fun part.. u start to layer the cake with the cream cheese. guna half of the mixture tadi.. kalau nak wat sampai 3 layer guna 1/3 kalau nak tinggi sampai 10 layer pun vooooleyyyy.. u do the math... akakakak



Repeat step ni untuk second layer


Ratakan la top layer tu pakai spatula kasi chantek2.. hikhikhik...

For the aesthetic value, bleh la decorate with cocoa powder and grated chocolate on top.. lastly, let it chill before serve....

Haaaa... so mesti la debar2 kan nak tengok star sangat ke kek tu.. wakakakkaka...

Dr. M quits UMNO... MOTIFFFF???

Tun Mahathir made another aggresive highlight pressuring Pak Lah to step down since the dismal showing in the last general election in March. He will not be an UMNO member as long as Pak Lah remain as an UMNO President and all this is claimed for the sake of Malays... katanya, beliau dah tak confident dengan UMNO's ability to safeguard the rights and privileges of the Malays.. But since when that UMNO is really capable in protecting the Malays?? Emmm.. 1946-1980 maybeeeeee....

UMNO was corrupted long agooo.. Zaman Tun lagi kan... so what difference does it makes in surviving the Malays?... Kalau nak ikut dijajah sampai sekarang pun still 'dijajah'.. The only significant difference seen between Tun's era and Pak Lah's is the leadership.. Mahathirism vs Islam Hadari... Eventhough corruption, cronisme and all the politics destruction that happened during Tun's era is similarly critical, but it is taken as 'lumrah politik'. During that time, Tun's achievement in putting Malaysia in the world map is very impressive which made sightless attention to other political issues happening in the country. Tapi bila time Pak Lah, aku pun tatau achievement apa yang ada kat Malaysia.. Islam Hadari tu sendiri pun dah tak kena... ISLAM ITU SATU je.. mudah sangat... tapiiiiiii nakkkkkk jugaakkk dengar cakap KJ itewwww (skng senyapppp lak.. tak berani lawan mukhrizkah??)

Pak Lah is a very weak leader.. He's not even a leader, more as a follower.. he's also acting deaf when people requested him to step down for an obvious reason. Tapi nak buat macam mana, he believes what he believes. And if he thought he can bring back the glory of Malays and the unity of UMNO, I AM WAITING FOR THE DAY occay... :P.

Anyway, back to Tun, I am not quite clear with his decision to quit UMNO. Peralihan kuasa will be by end of this year, why can't he waits if Pak Lah is the main issue? He seems to be desperate wanting Pak Lah to step down as soon as possible. Was it really about Malays and UMNO, or is it a fighting frustration when his immediate suggestions and opinion from election result previously did not attract attention. OR is it concerning of 'saving' his butt from the judicial fixing crime???

We must not forget that apart from being a man who think one generation ahead, Tun is undeniable a first-class strategist. Benarkah kata Hang Tuah, 'Takkan Melayu Hilang Di Dunia???'

ROW ROW ROW YOUR BOAT....

Semalam aku gi tengok Dragon Boat race kat Salford Quays... Event ni dia panggil 'race between two cities', Manchester ngan Salford la.. So uni aku lawan ngan uni Salford.. Kira social event between the universities la.. Teringat cam zaman undergrad dulu... terasa tua laks... hohohoh

Selalu tu kalau dragon race kat Mesia mesti meriah je kan.. ngan gendang ngan sorak nyer.. So aku interestd la jugak nak tgk camna the local supports towards this event kan... Masa sampai tu team2 tengah wat saringan kot rasanya.. banyak giler team n banyak jugak kategori derang... Aku pun takde la baget cam race kat Mesia since yang masuk pun bukan pro kan.. hahahah...

Yang ni the first two teams yang aku sampai derang tengah get ready ke starting point..

Ok, aku citer la sket pasal dragon boat race kan... Usually the crew comprises of the paddlers, one drummer (kat depan) and one steerer/helm (cam brader baju biru kat belakang ni)

Gigih sangat derang kayuh kan... Hahahaha... Steerer ni penting coz he/she must be aware with the boat's surroundings (i.e wind, wake of other boats, etc) so that they cam reach an optimum speed sambil paddlers suma tu gigih mengayuh kannnnnn... buruh kasar sangats.. hahahaha.. Pastu ada drummer - the heatrbeat of the dragon boat. Drummer nyer job is to lead the crew with ryhthmic beating to indicate the timing and frequency of the paddling strokes. Tapi yang ni takde la rhythm pun.. hihihi.. kalau slalu tgk tu siap drummer wat2 aksi skalik.. itu 5 bintang.. hahaha... Tapi paling ketara skali dalam rowing the boat ni, susah nak dapat a synchronize paddling... Kalau sync baru la laju kan... so race yang aku tgk ni, tak baper laju.. hahahaha... tp the efforts that count.... It's not as easy as it seems to be..


Ni team kaler purple ni team uni aku la... tengok kaler pun tau.. gagagagaga... Laju bagai kan mendahului.. WAHHHH skalik!! Tapi aku tatau la sukses masuk final ke tak kan.. :$

Haaa.. yang team kat bawah ni creative... tatau la korang leh perasan ke tak, sebab gambar sideways, aku tak sempat nak ambik frontview.. Selain dari derang pakai cam selendang macam kain pelekat tu, derang conteng muka ala2 Red Indian gitu... hahahah... Wak aksi ganas ka kiranya... WALAUPUNNNNN kalah ngan purple tu tadik kan.. hahahhahaha... tapi ada team spirit... caiyokkkk!!

Pastu ada la lagi team2 lain... banyak lah team n kategori .. Event ni pun abis lewat petang , tapi takde la aku tunggu sampai abis... Aper yang aku suka pasal event ni is their diversities and i'm quite proud to see a traditional Asian paddling race in another continent.. sesuatu yang dibudayakan kat sini.. Masa blah petang tu, memang ramai giler la org gi support.. meriah gak la...

Pastu aku jumper la keta red bull mini cooper ni.. Sebelum ni aku nampak few times gak keta ni parking kat lorong kat hall aku... tuan dia pi Sainbury's kot...hahahahhaha... Tapi kali ni jumpa lagi aku klik la skali gambar... huhuhu..




Ala2 dah puas tengok, aku gi jalan2 kat Lowry outlet yang sebelah sungai tu je... Tapi tak best pun... kecik je, pastu kedai2 dia pun tak best.. huhuhu.. And then sebelum balik aku masuk la Imperial War Museum North yang seberang sungai tu...







Museum ni ada tower leh nampak view Salford and Manchester.. So aku naik la... Lama dah tak naik tempat tinggi skang ni... huhuhuh...





So, tuh jela aktiviti aku wiken ni untuk menghilangkan kebosanan... hahahahah...

Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day!!

Haaaaaa... star kan title blog aku ada free cone day... ari ni dapat makan eskrim kegemaranku freeeeeeeeee... Maklum la sambut besday ke 30.. *Opsss.. bukan aku, sama ada Ben or Jerry occay.... Akakakaka.... Free cone ni kat Printwork Odeon cinema nyer B&J.. so van Ben & Jerry's takde ye CIK EJAH.. motif nak bawak van masuk cinema?? Drive in cinemakah?? akakkaak..... Gigih sangat tengahari tu tak makan lunch lagi trus gi city demi eskrim bermaskotkan lembu nih...

Masa mula2 aku sampai tu takut juger kot2 la orang beratur berkilo2meter kan... Tapi kalau panjang pun aku berkonsepkan REDAHHH JERR... ahahahah.. but then tengok2 okla.. takde la panjang sangat... kira orait la kalau nak gi beratur sampai 10 kali pun.. hahahah...

Sabar sangat masa mula2 beratur tu kan nak tunggu turn pilih eskrim.. padahal masa beratur tu siap susun tu no 1, 2, 3 nak makan yang mana... wakakakaka... Memula aku memang nak try Chunky Monkey... yang ni lama dah target sebab takdak kat sains... wakakakak...

Perisa ni i likeeeee... very the banana plus ada walnut... wakakakak... monkey sangats...

Star tak gambar aku dan teman2... wakakakak (teman giteewwwww)... Muka sedap ka muka tegejut...hahahaha... yang aku kenal time tu Maz (awek yang pis tue) tu je... pastu kenal la orang lain kan... Lily... hahahah... ada sorang lagi (jurukamera), Hanum.. hahaha.. padahal dia tu aku selalu nampak ambik peksa selalu satu dewan ngan aku.. tapi taknah bercakap kan... sambil makan eskrim ari ni baru aku kenai dia... akakakak.... Kalau acara makan free memang selalu mengeratkan silaturrahim sangatsss.. wakakakak..

Cuba teka brapa kali aku beratur? Aaaaa... jawab terus je la kan... 3 kaliiiii uolsss... suker ok.. kalau aku tak malu ngan tak kenyang lagi leh beratur sampai kali ke-8 kan... wakakakakak... tapi itu kena ada Ejah.. baru aku leh nyorok belakang dia.... ahahahaha... tapi sebenarnya suke ati ko la kan nak beratur brapa kali pun... ada tu yang baru dapat eskrim pastu terus beratur balik sambil makan eskrim ... kalau yang camtu tah2 50 pusingan pun dia leh pi kan... hahahahahah....



Eskrim no 2 nih.. aku try One Cheesecake Brownie... sedap juger... tapi dia duduk takhta kedua la tuk ari ni.. Hahahaha... lepas tu, lepas berehat seketika... aku beratur lagi dengan gigihnyer... nak try ambik cone lak kan... nama pun 'free cone day' kan... bukan 'free cup day' kan... akakakakakaka... pastu pilihnyer pilih... aku pun ambik la perasa yang aku dah ingat2 lupa.. hahaha... **** Alaska camtu... bukan censored occay, aku lupa tu depan dia apa.. baked ka ape tah.... hahahahah... Nway, ni not bad la especially kalau sape enjoy vanilla ice cream, mesti suka.. sbb dia ada rasa cam vanilla eskrim pastu ada marshmallow ngan chunky white choc... Yum2...



Berdasarkan gambar ni bleh ka aku pi audition Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan?? Wakakakak... Tapi ngeri ok nanti kalau tukar jadi besar Kak Maria... Pengsan lak suamiku... huhuhuhu....

So, that was my last free ice cream scoop... Opsss luper... Magic Brownie takdak la Ejah.... so aku makan yang tak magic jer... hahahaha... Sebelum balik tu kitaorang sempat la bergambar ngan pakcik yang duk bagi list flavour masa beratur tu... kenang-kenangannn.... OK ler tuhh!! akakakaka...

Huhuhuhu.. punya la lama aku tak apdet blog aku nih... bihzi layan citer manjang skng nih... Hohohohoho.. sesuatuh sgts.. Nway, dah lama aku nak apdet citer yang agak basi ni, sebab bizi layan ghost, sindarela apa segala series kan... tapi nak apdet gak la skang...

Ari tu dengar Dr Mashitah nak datang kunun2 nak membantu tapi cam tak muncul2 lak.. tapi bagus gak, jgn abiskan duit taxpayer for a British citizen... Dr Mashitah dulu pun pernah keluarkan fatwa kontrovesi 'pelacuran di'halal'kan jika darurat'.. Mana la dia belajar, isk..isk.. mungkin berkonsepkan Islam Hadari kot.. wallahualam... Anyway, when i first read the news on The Telegraph it was a regrettable facts for me... I pity her for what she had went through and the price she needs to pay being a prodigy. But few days later, News of World revealed her confession on how she enjoys her new life and 'career' without feeling ashamed about it.. Rasa simpati aku hilang terus.. She's doing a part time master in economic, so is her first degree is just a total waste?

I like to quote on her ex-husband comment, "My view is that people can blame childhood to a certain extent, but there also comes a point where you have to take responsibility for your own actions." Absolutely.. she knows exactly what she's doing. Having said that, only an immature, blockhead person willing to ruin their own future when hundred other options laid freely in front of them.

There are more Sufiahs in our own country and don't they deserve the same treatment as what was promised for Sufiah? Jangan la jadi cam kes tsunami dulu, kutip derma ratus2 ribu nak tolong org luar, tapi mangsa2 tempatan sampai skang pun rumah yang dijanjikan tak sesempurna dikata. Walaupun aku bunyi cam anti je kempen selamatkan Sufiah ni, but as a Muslim sister marilah kita sama2 mendoakan semoga suatu hari nanti dia akan kembali ke pangkal jalan.

A dizzy dreams

Emmm.. yesterday was my last exam.. Possibly was the last exam in my life.. Preparation?? macam biasa la.. bagi la aku sebulan sebelum peksa pun, last-last 2 ari sebelum peksa gak baru aku study... Heeee... cam siot je soklan wajib die suh jawab based on journal dia kasi.. Journal tu ko baca 5 kali pun blum tentu paham occay!! Huhuhuh.... whatever it is, finally it was over.. a big relief for me and all i have to worry for now is my dissertation... dah bosan sial blajar...

Dulu, masa interview MARA, org tu soal naper nak sambung blaja since gaji dah sedap... aku bagi jawapan cliche cam orang-orang lain yang desperate nak scholar. Plastik sangatsssss!! Where would i be if at that moment i accept the internal transfer job offered in Kulim site?? I have no idea... i just have to make a choice and go for it... Bila takde tu takde betul... bila datang tu macam2 yang datang... Main point kena bersyukur jerk... Hahahah.. korang tahu tak aku kena laser ngan dak sini sebab tak decline tul2 offer USM ari tu... Katanya kalau aku decline at least derang leh open my place for someone else.. :$ betul la katanya.. tapi aku cam malas nak melakukan kontek mengontek nih... plus offer tu pun mati after 2 years.. bulan 9 ni masuk la 2 years.. so biar mati camtu jer, voleyyy??... huhuhuh..

Nway, I'm still not sure the path i wanna take after i'm back by end of this year.. Niat di hati mesti la nak jadi minah kilang balik.. :P... macam target group B jah!!! Hahahahah... tapi group ko bihzi bangatsss kannnn B?? mungkin aku kena letak alternatif HR... agagagga... leh wat aksi drag queen bancuh kopi pepagi... wakakakakaka.. Aku ingat nak mencari kaedah la nak work from home.. ade gak hajat hati nak gi kursus irfan khairi sebagai permulaan sambil2 bekerja tu.. ari tu terpikir gak asal la aku tak ambik kursus masakan ke, jadi chef ke... hahahhaha... aku suker memasak, kadang2 rasa terror lak memasak... wakakakakak... :$ Masa aku wat burger ari tu, muz cakap McD leh tutup.. bila wat french bread sandwich, subway lak leh tutup.. Haiyoooo.. seusuatuhhh sangatsss.. kalau wat cheese cake, secret recipe kena tutupkah???? Ayam madu cinnamon aku korang lum try lagiiii... Jaga2 kenny rogers!!! wakakakaka.. takde motif sangatsss..

Nih aku kasi sample home made burger aku wat ari tu... Leh cramp mulut ko nak nganga makan burger nih... hoh!

'Goals are dreams with deadlines'... Haaaa... aku suka quote nih... akakaka... sebab aku ada target... nak mencapai financial freedom (let the money works for me)... masalahnyer aku tatau bile nak tercapai... perlukah aku target by 45? hmmmm... aku ada 18 tahun lagi tu... huhuhuh... lama sungguh... itu kalau gigih berusaha, kalau sedang2 jerk... dah dapat cucu kot baru free.. *mak nanges*.. lain la kalau aku Zoela dalam Sindarela tu... by 21 dah ada 100 juta.. haiyooo, dongeng sangatss...!!

Takpelah, yang penting aku kena balik mesia dulu.. penting sungguh bab tu.. pastu baru leh wat intensive planning... hohohoho...
