My first TIRAMISU cake!!

Yay!!.. last sat I accomplished my mission to make my own tiramisu cake.. The original receipe was from Lily (clap2), *opsss.. sblm tu dah ada sesi potluk bagai kan sampai aku tepu dek ayam masak merah Lily... hohohoh... nway, after sated with the nice hotmeal, the cake making activity begun... Kenyang perut suka hatiii..

Sebab terlalu suko, kat sini nak share la resipi tiramisu yg mudah, cepat dan sedap itew.. Bak kata ejah resipi tiramisu ni resipi turun temurun orang mesia duk UK.. akakaka.. so alang2 duk sini wajib la kiranya wat tiramisu kan... ahahahahah..

So ready occay cik-cik n puan-puan ambik pen n paper :P.. Resipi bergambar lagi ni nak kasi, bak peribahasa 'picture speaks a thousand words' katanyaaaaa kannnnn... kalau malas baca tgk gambar pun dah leh wat kek... star sangats... hohohoho...

Bahan-bahan :

1 packet boudoir biscuit (ladyfingers)..


Beskut ni dengarnya susah nak jumpa kat mesia.. kakak ejah dah bertahun2 carik kannnnnnn... wakakakakaka... gigih sangatsss demi tira misss uuu... klu ada yang tiramisu/triffle case base tu ok jugak, tapi kalau takde tu guna la kreativiti masing2 nak pakai apa wat layer tu, sponge cake ke, bahulu ke, swiss roll ke.. huhuhuh..

300 g soft cheese
300 ml whipped cream
250 g sugar


2 tablespoon nescafe (any coffee u prefer)
water
(nescafe ni kena room temperature camtu la... kalau panas nnt beskut soggy gayanya)

Kaedahnyerrrr:

Whisk the whipped cream sampai dia stiff gitu.. kalau nak test kena terbalikkan mangkuk n cream tak tumpah la.. kalau tumpah rasainnn la gi TESCO beli cream baru kannn... motif nak testing bagaiii??... hahahahah...

Opssss... tangan i :$ enterframe katanya.. hihihi

pastu masukkan gula and soft cheese.. owhh, lupa.. berdasarkan kajian Maz, wakakakak.. research base sgtss.... make sure whipped cream n bowl tu sejuk masa nak whisk tu.. baru leh kembang.. kalau tak, kek ko bantat.. nightmare sangatssss... wakakakakakakkaka.....


then continue to whisk until smooth n fluffy..


Fluffy kan iiiii!!


So siap dahhh creammmm... skang kena prepare base dia lak k..

Soak the ladyfingers tu dalam coffee tadi.. soak kejap je tau, rotate until it coats all sides pastu trus angkat... kalau biskut tu soggy tak ummmpphh la... hohohoho...



Susunkan biskut tadi dalam 8x8 in pan macam niii...


then, this is the fun part.. u start to layer the cake with the cream cheese. guna half of the mixture tadi.. kalau nak wat sampai 3 layer guna 1/3 kalau nak tinggi sampai 10 layer pun vooooleyyyy.. u do the math... akakakak



Repeat step ni untuk second layer


Ratakan la top layer tu pakai spatula kasi chantek2.. hikhikhik...

For the aesthetic value, bleh la decorate with cocoa powder and grated chocolate on top.. lastly, let it chill before serve....

Haaaa... so mesti la debar2 kan nak tengok star sangat ke kek tu.. wakakakkaka...

Rasanya dijamin sodapppp... eden memang sukooo.. akakakaka... Raya tahun ni, kek baru occay!! akakakakaka.. seprais sangatssss...
